Have you heard of KETO? If you're unfamiliar with the term, it's a short form for ketones, and they are actually the building blocks of your body. Ketones are produced when your body breaks down carbohydrates or stored fat in your body. So what exactly happens if you go on a keto diet? Well, the ketones will be the ones causing your body to start using its fat reserves to produce fuel. This means that any weight loss you experience while on the diet will be partially “recycled" energy that your body will then use to power whatever it is that you were previously using to power your body.

KETO

The keto diet is basically a high-fiber, high protein, low-carb diet which in medical circles is usually used primarily to treat children who have epilepsy. The diet causes your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates, thus making you lose weight. The way that it does this is by causing your body to use its fat reserves (such as the fat in your body that you have in your thighs and abdominal areas) to create energy.

A lot of people find that eating a lot of fat doesn't really do anything for them, especially in regards to losing weight. This is because there is simply no way for them to get enough carbohydrates (carbs) to make it through their day. This is where avocados come in. Avocados have been shown to contain an incredibly high amount of carbohydrates. By eating 9 grams of avocados in a day, you can easily exceed your daily intake of carbohydrates and thus lose weight!

One of the benefits of eating avocados is that they contain several nutrients, including potassium, fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, and several vitamins. All of these nutrients are extremely important and serve multiple purposes for your body. Potassium for instance helps to maintain your blood pressure while magnesium keeps your heart strong.

There are two big reasons why KETO is so beneficial. The first is because of how it lowers your insulin levels. The second is because it has a very high amount of dietary fiber which also helps to keep your insulin levels low. Many carbs that you find in foods today such as white bread, rice, potatoes, and various other foods contain a large amount of glucose and insulin. Since KETO has so many benefits, it's essentially ideal for anyone who is diabetic or has a high risk for diabetes.

There are two major reasons why KETO works so well for diabetics. First, the high fiber content helps to regulate your blood sugar levels so you don't get too hungry throughout the day. Second, KETO has an extremely high amount of potassium which helps to lower your blood pressure. There are no significant carbohydrates or fat consumed, so there is no danger in losing weight when on the ketogenic diet.
